No. Your membership will automatically renew on the date you purchased. We have ongoing renewals throughout the month, so there is no mad dash to schedule for fear of losing a spot.
No, you must use your credits within the month they are active. If they are not scheduled within the billing month, you will forfeit the remaining credits.
YES! If it is the same type, (rescheduling a pitching foundations session for another pitching foundations session). Just click reschedule and all your other pitching foundations options will show up
CANCEL your current session (pitching foundations), this will reactivate your code to be used again, then open another type (hitting foundations) and use your now re-activated code to schedule it.
24 HOURS: We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. We keep our sessions small and intimate, but this means that keeping enough spots for all of our members is a delicate dance. Your app will not allow you to cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice.
Yes! We work hard to have membership schedules set early. You can book into the next month, as long as your codes are currently active.
We will make the call by noon of that day if our sessions will run or not. If we run them, it is up to you to decide if it is safe enough for you to attend. If we cancel due to weather, we will be getting with you regarding rescheduling options.
