How much time will this take per week?
Expect to spend 2 hours per week on training.
Can I do this alongside my regular season training?
Yes! This program is designed to complement your team practices. This training will be done on your own time on the days you can fit it in!
What equipment do I need?
Coach Nic will provide a full list of her top suggested equipment that she utilizes in her Velocity Challenge and her Complete Pitcher Virtual Academy! However, we understand not everyone has access to the equipment, and Coach Nic will provide alternatives you can use with items you already have around your house!
What if I miss a week?
No problem—you’ll have access to the materials and can catch up as needed. Not to mention, you will have lifetime access to come back and do it again down the road!
