Our in-person memberships are where the majority if our athletes train. Membership sessions are highly competitive, fast paced, and address the confidence and focus aspects of the game in addition to training consistency in mechanics and execution. How do you get started?
First, determine your skill level for your core membership sessions....
Core membership sessions are available year round and are the “meat and potatoes” of the Be Complete program. The focus of these sessions are strategically programmed around in-season and off-season training needs. Our core membership sessions are 60 minutes and are performed in a semi-private setting. Athletes are encouraged to arrive early and complete a 15 minute warm up on their own which includes light strength, arm care, and dynamic movements.
Available Sessions By Skill Level:
Rookie
pitching, hitting and catching
(brand new to the game, less than 1 year experience, typically 8u and 10u athletes but not limited to)
Foundations
pitching, hitting and catching
(typically 10u to 12u athletes but not limited to)
Intermediate
pitching and hitting
(typically middle school aged athletes, but not limited to)
Advanced

Elite

Be Complete programming is based around in-season and off-season needs, as they are different! SPECIALTY MEMBERSHIP SESSIONS ARE STRATEGICALLY IMPLEMENTED DURING DIFFERENT TRAINING SEASONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
THESE SESSIONS MAY BE RESERVED IN PLACE OF A CORE MEMBERSHIP SESSION WHEN OFFERED.
Velocity On-Ramp: FOUNDATIONS TO EARLY INTERMEDIATE PITCHERS
On-ramp is a stepping stone to our more intensive Velocity Camps that run in the fall and winter for our older pitchers. Expect an intense focus on footwork, creating ground force and improving sequence/separation of the pitching motion. Exercises to improve explosiveness, structure and strength are worked in throughout, and are modified to fit our younger athletes. Every session is finished with an intense body weight interval style workout, where we address mental fortitude, strengths and weaknesses and continue improving and strengthening explosive movements.
Pitch Development: INTERMEDIATES TO ADVANCED PITCHERS
This session is a deep dive into increasing the spin and movement of our pitches. Every session focuses on a different movement pitch. Pitchers who routinely book Pitch Development significantly improve their spin efficiency and overall finesse. Pitches addressed in pitch development:
Curve and curve variations Rise ball
Peel drop Rollover drop
Screw Option Blending pitches
Changing speeds Transition work
Velocity Maintenance: FOUNDATIONS AND EARLY INTERMEDIATE PITCHERS
Following a weekend full of games, it is common for young pitchers to pick up bad habits, get “in their arm” and start muscling or guiding the ball. Velocity Maintenance emphasizes the activation of the lower half to maintain consistent intensity and explosiveness throughout the pitching motion, especially while throwing to a target in a game like situation. Expect sessions to address arm path, footwork, creating ground force and an effortless delivery. Every session will include a short interval like workout at the end to maintain strength, power and muscle endurance, but are not as intense as our off-season velocity on-ramp sessions.
Situational Pitching: INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED PITCHERS
This session focuses on the strategy behind setting up batters in various game situations. What to pitch, where and why is the ultimate softball IQ test for young pitchers, and the only way to make improvements in this part of the game is to practice it. Pitchers are taught mental strategies to help increase focus, trust, and execute game plans when the pressure is on.
Do I have to buy a membership at the end of my month?
No. Your membership will automatically renew on the date you purchased. We have ongoing renewals throughout the month. Being a member means we work hard to make sure you always have a spot.
Can I reschedule my sessions once I book them?
YES! Just cancel your session through our member's app, and make a new reservation on another day.
How far in advance can I book out?
Our schedule is set for 6 weeks in advance. Every day a new day will open up with new spots for you to book!
What if there is inclement weather?
We will make the call by noon of that day if our sessions will run or not. If we cancel due to weather, we will be getting with you regarding rescheduling options.
Do membership sessions require a catcher?
Yes! Our membership sessions for pitchers do require a catcher (except for Rookie Pitching, and Velocity Sessions). Parents are allowed to catch, minors can also catch but are required to sign the waiver and wear a mask.
How do you train the mental game?
Our 4X and online members have access to monthly mental skills coaching calls with Coach Nic. During in-person membership sessions, athletes learn how to nurture their confidence, focus and responding to their performance in healthy ways through various techniques and strategies with BCA Instructors.
If I don't use an in-person sessions, will it roll over to the next month?
No, you must schedule your sessions within the month they are active. Commit to training up front!
How much notice is required if I need to cancel?
24 HOURS: We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. We keep our sessions small and intimate, but this means that keeping enough spots for all of our members is a delicate dance. Your app will not allow you to cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice.
What if the session I want is full?
Join the waitlist on your members' app! If someone cancels you will be notified so you can reserve the spot that just opened up.
Can I add on lessons?
Yes! Our in-person members are able to add on private and membership sessions (when available). Only members are able to do this at the member's rate.
My daughter has to be seen in a one on one setting.
Most of our athletes whose parents say this are the ones that benefit the most in a semi-private setting. Our membership sessions are highly competitive. Our athletes push each other to throw harder, make adjustments faster, and bring out the best in each of our athletes. Our instructors are highly trained in harnessing the power of a group, and our athletes have seen the results. If you still feel this way, check out our open private lessons!
What if I only want one instructor?
The beauty of the membership is that your athlete has a team of professionals helping her. Our instructional team functions similar to a private practice, in that our experts are working from the same programming, philosophy and style, and communicating daily about our athletes development and trajectory.
