Q: How long do I have access to the program?
The challenge is designed to be completed over 6 weeks, but you’ll have full lifetime access that includes any updates and additions in the future. You can revisit any part of the program as often as needed.
Q: I’m super busy, how much time does it take?
The challenge is designed to fit into a full schedule. Weekly plans take about 60–90 minutes total per week (plus practice time). Everything is mobile-friendly and flexible.
Q: What ages is this for?
The challenge is built for serious youth and college-level pitchers—generally ages 12+. If you’re working toward playing in high school or beyond, this is for you.
Q: Do I need any special equipment?
No fancy gym required, however, a list of equipment will be provided to you if you want to maximize your results. You’ll need basic resistance bands, a med ball, a softball, towel, and a phone or computer to access the challenge materials. Alternative tools will be provided to create the gear you need from items around your house.
Q: When does it start?
We run this challenge 3-4x per year. You will iImmediately gain access to your welcome week and challenge prep materials. On the challenge start date, week 1 will be unlocked! Each week the next lesson drops for 6 weeks total.
Q: How much coaching access do I really get?
A lot! Coach Nic is active inside the challenge hub and responds to messages personally. You’ll feel supported and guided every step of the way.
Q: When will I start seeing results?
Most athletes begin to see noticeable gains within 3–4 weeks—some even faster. But remember: the more consistent you are, the faster the results will come!
