TIMES: Athletes will be split into two age groups and times
**3rd grade - 5th grade: 5:30pm-6:30pm
**6th grade - 8th grade: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Description: Fast-paced agility work and resistance training, with an emphasis on running form. Drill work on base running, transition work, and even some overhand mechanics will be included. Bring your glove!
