SOFTBALL SPECIFIC SPEED AND AGILITY

1. All Tuesdays; November 12th, 19th, (Skip the week of thanksgiving!) December 3rd, 10th and 17th.
2 .TIMES: Athletes will be split into two age groups and times
3. 3rd grade - 5th grade: 5:30pm-6:30pm
4. 6th grade - 8th grade: 6:30pm-7:30pm
5. Location: Be Complete Athletics Facility, 919 SW 4th Street, Downtown OKC 73109
6. Description: Fast-paced agility work and resistance training, with an emphasis on running form. Drill work on base running, transition work, and even some overhand mechanics will be included. Bring your glove!
7. Benefits: Athletes who spend purposeful training on improving athletic movements, coordination, speed and agility excel in all areas. This is perfect for softball athletes of every position!
