SUMMER SWINGS
DESCRIPTION: Drill work, timing, reps, reps, reps - come get your work in! Athletes will be divided by age/skill level and placed into various drill stations. BCA instructor will help maximize efficiency by keeping athletes focused and moving quickly

Softball strength and conditioning
DESCRIPTION: Softball specific movements, agility work, explosive strength and power, ending with a challenging interval style workout.

DESCRIPTION: Pitchers will throw to catchers (catcher is required for all pitchers!) and work through pitch charting and locational challenges to increase consistency and accuracy.

DESCRIPTION: Hitters will face BCA Advanced level (8th grade to HS) and Elite level (HS Juniors/Seniors and Collegiate) Pitchers in a competitive environment. Expect to work counts, hit and runs, bunts and more. *Helmet required*

DESCRIPTION: Elite level and Advanced Pitchers inside BCA's in-person membership will face live hitters (8th grade and up, inside the BCA membership or in the summer training pass!). Expect mentality work, focus, pitch efficiency, set-up, and more.
