our velocity camps build Power, Speed, and Confidence
BCA Velocity camps see an average increase of +2-3 mph per camp.
We run our camps two times a year.
FALL CAMPS run in October through end of November.
WINTER CAMPS run in January through the end of February.
Why?? We run them in the offseasons, the perfect time to build strength and explosiveness.
These camps are intensive, meaning they address all aspects that impact a young pitcher's ability to increase their velocity, including mobility, strength, nutrition, and mental toughness.
Our camps are challenging, fast paced, and NOT FOR EVERYONE.
Measurable gains in velocity (3 mph avg increase per camp)
A stronger, more explosive body built for pitching
Increased mobility, which equals increased range of motion and fewer chances of injury.
A noticable increase in maturity, mindset, and overall confidence.
BCA Velo camps are about giving your athlete the tools
for continued growth.
The velocity chase is never ending, you will always want to throw harder.
Our camps train athletes how to approach that "chase" in a way that makes sense.

BCA Velocity camps are built around the Rotational Method of pitching.
We teach evidence-based progressions that protect young arms and build lasting careers.
Every Velocity camp session, both virutally and in-person, is programmed and developed by Coach Nic. Years of experience developing pitchers physically, as well as mentally as an LPC and performance coach.
FINALLY: Velocity camps ARE NOT EASY. They will test you both physically and mentally. THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL. You have to do the work, inside and out.

FAQs
Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.
How much time will this take per week?
Each Velocity workout or "Day" is 1 hour long, with a 15 minute warm up to be done before the session begins. Athletes are expected to complete 1 at-home workout session per week. In total, 3 hours of work / week for 6 weeks.
"Regular Season" and "Off-season" are very different, and should look very different. Velocity camps are a piece of your off-season training. We are trying to avoid sore bodies and arms with Velo reps on them from playing too many games during this time!
Awesome! That means you have to fuel MORE than you most likey are to see Velocity improvements. Not to worry, you will recieve a nutritional checklist, guidance, and accountability throughout the camp to help with this. As long as you can make your Velo sessions, and you are ready to take care of your body (sleep! eat! recover!) this camp can work for you. The schedule is the difference maker.
No problem, it happens—you’ll have access to several bonus workouts you can complete at home, and all athletes have access to 3 additional in-person make up days if needed!
